Things you may want to know
Is the first year really free?
Yes. For the first year after you activate your account every feature is free, and no credit card is needed.
What does it cost after the first year?
On the Standard plan, from the second year it is ¥200 per year and includes up to 30 mailboxes. After expiry you cannot add new domains or mailboxes for now; existing mailboxes are not switched off immediately, so you have time to renew or migrate your data. If you want more mailboxes or do not want to renew every year, there is a ¥1000 5-year plan (50 mailboxes).
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. You can buy a domain from any registrar. If its DNS is hosted at Cloudflare, Alibaba Cloud, West.cn or GoDaddy, setup is fully automatic; other providers work too by adding the records manually.
Are my DNS keys safe?
Keys are stored encrypted and are never shown again. We recommend granting the key DNS permissions only.
Will my emails land in spam?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured automatically, and a dedicated IP with reverse DNS helps deliverability. For a new domain, start with normal conversations to build sending reputation gradually.
